CDI Receptions

On behalf of the Centers for Diversity and Inclusion at Massachusetts General Hospital and Brigham and Women’s Hospital, we would like to congratulate you on your outstanding accomplishments. We are excited that you are considering residency with us.

The MGH and BWH CDI offices work closely with all departments and training programs to advance the diversity and inclusion of trainees, physicians, and scientists at MGB. One of our goals is to help build a sense of community. We do this through multiple networking sessions, social events, and mentorship opportunities.

During the interview season, both of our offices work collaboratively to host virtual social events from 6:15 to 7:30 pm EST, designed to connect UiM residency candidates with our residents/fellows, faculty, and other UiM applicants in an informal setting. We plan to share our resources for trainees and create small Zoom break-out groups, so you have an opportunity to discuss “real” life at MGB and with those who are here. We hope you will be able to join us!
